What are the office hours?
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
When can I access my belongings?
You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I store long-term?
Store short or long-term at 76th Street Self Storage. We offer flexible month-to-month leases. Ask about our 12 month discount!
Do you have outdoor storage?
Unfortunately we do not offer outdoor storage.
Why doesn't my gate code work?
There may be an issue with your account or there is a past due bill. Contact us and we would be happy to help solve the problem
Will I receive a montly invoice?
If you provide us with a current email address we can email you an invoice each month. We do not provide a monthly invoice by mail.
How much does it cost to move in?
We do not have any hidden move in fees. We charge a prorated amount at move in, then rent is due on the first of every month there after.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, online or by calling our office.
We also offer monthly autopay to avoid missed payments and late fees.
After hours you can drop a check in the drop box located on the office door.
What types of storage do you offer?
We offer self-storage for your personal or business belongings as well as secure indoor boat and vehicle storage. Indoor parking is ideal since it protects your vehicle from precipitation and sun damage.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is always safe and secure with 24-hour video surveillance and locked gate with code only access
What happens if I lose my key?
We do not have a master key. If your keys are lost, we will need to remove the lock. We can help coordinate the removal of your lock please contact the office.
